I canā€™t believe I forget to post ā€œthe best thing I ate all weekā€ after writingĀ the post for The SF UndergroundĀ Market, but here it is.Ā  Last week, I had an opportunity to taste theĀ beefĀ brisket from City SmokeĀ House and absolutely loved it!

I have been trying to find another brisketĀ ā€taste-a-likeā€ since trying some from a restaurant called Zin Garden at a private function in 2007.Ā  EverĀ sinceĀ then, no oneā€™s brisket could measure upĀ until now.Ā Ā The brisketĀ fromĀ CityĀ Smoke House was cookedĀ and seasoned to perfection.Ā  For $5.00,Ā I received a sandwich that was overflowing with goodness but I didnā€™t mind. Topped with traditional coleslaw, I had a meal thatĀ filled me upĀ for hours andĀ provided tastebud memoriesĀ that willĀ last for months and possible years.

I would highly check them outĀ to catering your next function.

City Smoke HouseĀ brings slow-cooked, home-made BBQ to SF. Brothers Brandon and Brian Yee have been serving up delectable BBQ brisket, pork, chicken and smoked tofu along with sides to match since early 2010

City Smoke Houseā€™sĀ ā€œPulled Pork Sandwich served with Cole Slaw and Sweet Baked Bunsā€ ā€“They had a line so we had to try, and yes, it was worth the wait! The Pulled Pork was moist and smoky, cole slaw was fresh, and the sweet baked buns reminded me of the good olā€™ sweet Chinese buns!
